What Is ProjectShare?

Project Share is an innovative digital learning environment where teachers and students will communicate, collaborate, and access 21st century digital content. The Project Share development team includes the Texas Education Agency, the New York Times, Epsilen, LLC, and the 20 Education Service Centers.

An LISD Educator who does not have a username and password for ProjectShare may contact Gay Lewis, glewis@lisd.org, for assistance.

How Do I Retrieve A Password?

A user can retrieve his password from the ProjectShare home page by clicking “I forgot my password” from the menu that appears. This will bring up the “Retrieve Password” page where a user can retrieve his password by providing his username.

How Do I Change My Password?

Follow these steps: 1. Log in to Epsilen. 2. Select Change Password link located in the left toolbar near the bottom. 3. Enter your current or default password. 4. Enter a new password. A meter will appear to the right of the box telling you if your password is strong, mediocre, or weak. 5. Reenter the new password. 6. Select Update to complete changing your password.

Use the Files/Folders tool to upload documents, pictures, schoolwork, and other objects. You can share them publicly or privately. To manage your files, follow these steps:

  2. Select Files/Folders from the left menu. Follow the directions that state: “To work with your files, start by selecting a folder from the list of folders on the left.
  3. Create a folder by clicking Create Folder.” (looks like a file folder with a plus sign in the corner). The Create Folder button is to the right below the directions.
  4. Upload File (looks like a green arrow pointing upward)
    • Upload up to three (3) files at a time to the selected folder.
  5. Share Folder (looks like a hand holding out a folder)
  6. Edit Folder (looks like a pencil)
  7. Delete Folder (looks like a trash can)
    • Note: You cannot delete a folder if it contains any files or subfolders.
